At PetPro, we value the health and well-being of your beloved pets. That’s why we carry products that only have natural ingredients and are formulated to provide your pets with the nutrients they need to lead healthy and happy lives.

We ship orders Monday to Friday with a deadline of 1pm for dispatch. If you order after this time, we will send it out the next working day. If you live in a rural area, you need to allow and additional 24 to 72 hours for your delivery.

If you wish to return an undamaged item, you need to postmark it to us within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. If your return is not a result of a fault of ours, you will be required to cover the shipping costs both ways. Make sure that you return the item in its original condition, with the original packaging and all accessories.

Yes, we do! Becoming a wholesaler comes with its own set of perks and benefits, You need to fill out our application form and then send it to sales@petpro.co.nz. If you’re approved, we will reach out again with more detailed instructions.
