Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from petpro.co.nz. We are PetPro Limited, part of MML Consumer Products Limited, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland 1023. Email [email protected], phone 09 589 1161 or 0800 436 449.

2. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order we send you a confirmation of receipt. This is not our acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch it or confirm it to you, whichever comes first. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

4. Prices and GST

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Pricing errors

If we find that an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full, or offer you the choice to buy at the correct price.

6. Payment

You can pay by card or Afterpay (both processed through Stripe), or by bank transfer. We do not store your card details. Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay's own terms.

7. Delivery and risk

We deliver within New Zealand only. We dispatch within 1 working day and deliver in 1 to 4 working days, as set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Goods we arrange to deliver are at our risk until they reach you, and risk passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us as described in the Shipping policy and the Returns and refunds policy.

8. Returns and refunds

See our Returns and refunds policy. It includes a 30-day change of mind option for unopened, unused and resaleable items, in addition to your legal rights. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply to goods that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, and nothing in our policy reduces them.

9. Trade customers

Trade accounts are welcome, and trade prices apply when you are signed in to a trade account. Trade accounts are subject to the trade terms agreed with your account.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your right to use the Disputes Tribunal.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when we accept your order apply to that order.
